Bulldogs, Bowie, Lanzarote, and a red wedding dress!

Tell me you want a red wedding dress, and I’ll shout “hell yes!”, tell me you want embroidery all over the bodice, and you’re making my dreams come true! Decide that what you really want is your pet dog and rabbits embroidered, as well as Bowie lyrics and stars and lightening bolts, and I’ll basically want to marry you myself!
Ellen and Jim married in Lanzarote in a Lava Cave, which sounds super awesome! The wedding was always about having the best time, and a celebration that was really reflective of them - just really bloody fun! And if it’s not obvious already, so was Ellen’s dress!
Ellen had visions of being on the beach, and light layers of the skirt trailing behind her, we chose two different shades of sheer red chiffon layered on top of each other for subtle effect.The bodice is made from a stretch silk, into a full body suit - (mostly so that we didn’t have to worry about matching a pair of undies to the dress under the sheer skirts). Did I mention that the skirt had a mighty thigh high split too!? The other thing about the body suit is that Ellen wears them all the time, she wanted to feel comfortable, and be herself.
One thing that she didn’t want was anything too formal, nor too smart and tailored - the opposite of most brides requests!! I did manage to persuade her for a scattering of Swarovski crystals in shades of red though!
