Elegant 1930's Vintage Style Wedding Dress

Beautifully tall and slender, Danielle was perfect for this figure skimming column Dress, which is reminiscent of thirties vintage Hollywood.

Made from a chiffon embroidered in it’s entirety with tiny shimmering white glass beads, we added a selection of beads of tones from clear glass, pale grey and the subtlest hint o blue, making figure sculpting ‘strikes’ across the body for decoration.

The bodice is gently draped with a blouson effect, and belted with a narrow grey grosgrain ribbon, embellished with a crystal motif. The sleeves were pleated on top of the shoulders to give a draped cap style.
The back neckline had a deep plunge, which was diffused with further beads and Swarovski  crystal beads. Underneath the sparkling, beaded chiffon is a silk slip. We added a small train for subtle effect.

I also made Danielle a hair decoration made from silver metallic lace which was embroidered together in a flowing and organic design, and embellished with crystals and beads in matching colours to the dress.
